“Autumn Creators Update” was “mistranslation”; “Fall Creators Update” for all | Ars Technica

Looks like naming your latest release after a season is a poor idea. Some countries refer to Fall as Autumn, for some others the season isn’t fall at all! It’s spring. The only logical argument for naming this update as “Fall Creators update” is that they’re making some kind of a pun on how the ‘creators would fall for it’ 🙂

For the record, there are multiple seasons between summer and winter in India, i.e. Monsoon and Autumn (Fall).
